💌 Where do i track my order?

You can track your order on your national postal service website, the CTT website or any universal tracking website! If you do try to track it in the CTT website be aware you'll have to search "CTT english tracking" first so you can have access to it in English!

📮 What are your shipping rates?

We ship worldwide from Portugal every Monday and Friday through our national postal service CTT!

Once your order arrives your country, shipping will then be carried out by your national postal service!

Shipping is based on the weight of the items

📦 Will i have to pay a customs tax on my order?

You won't have to pay any taxes at all! If you're located outside of Europe, we try our best so you don't have to pay any customs! ;) 

😕 I haven't received my order yet

Shipping usually takes about a week but it may take longer!
If you haven't gotten your order after more than a month, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help! 

Please note that we are not liable for lost or missing orders that have been delivered. When placing your order, please ensure that all the details concerning the shipping address is correct. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

👖Sizing 👚

👚 I ordered a top and the size doesn't match the tag!

Sometimes the tag marks a size, but as the items are vintage the sizing may no longer be correct to today's standard!
Having tried on the clothing item, we adjust the size to how it fit on the model! 

😔 Returns

💔 How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us via the our website chat, through our contact us form or send us an email at ritaxxsara@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, you must meet these criteria:

* the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

* the return is being made within 30-days after receveing the item.

* the item is defective or damaged or you've received the wrong item

If your return has been accepted, you'll then receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot support delivery expenses when handling a return.

After the item gets back to us, you'll receive a refund through the same method of payment you've made the purchase with. The initial shipping costs are not refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If you ever see our pictures anywhere else, please know that they were STOLEN! 😔
We've been told some websites have been using our pictures without permission, selling clothes that don't even match the actual item being modeled and are just fast fashion copies. If you come across any of these websites please email us!
